Chiropractic Care

Our bodies are incredible structures. The spine is a particularly complex part, protecting the spinal cord that is responsible for communications between our brain and body. If your spine isn’t moving as it should, the messages from your brain down to every part of the body won’t get through as they should. By restoring your spinal mobility, we can reestablish that communication pathway.

Can We Help You?

You might be wondering if chiropractic is right for you. It sounds surprising, but you don’t have to be in pain to visit a chiropractor! There are, however, many common conditions that respond well to what we do, such as

  • Car accident injury
  • Extremity pain
  • Headaches
  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Spinal-related pain

Hands-On and Instrument Adjusting

Dr. Dan is well-versed in several common adjusting techniques. He uses Diversified, which is performed with his hands. A drop table is often employed to simplify your adjustment. Additionally, he uses the ArthroStim® instrument. Dr. Dan has completed extensive postgraduate education in Activator®, which is another effective instrument-based technique.

We like to find the right “recipe” for each person when it comes to adjusting. If you’ve been to a chiropractor before and prefer a particular technique, just let us know.

Starting Slowly With Specific Testing

Before you have an adjustment, you’ll go through a comprehensive examination process. When you lie down on the adjusting table, Dr. Dan will perform a series of tests, such as looking at your leg lengths to find misalignments in your spine. This form of muscle testing is invaluable in locating your problem areas. We let your body tell us where it needs help.

Your adjustment will always begin slowly. If you’re in pain, you won’t have to worry about the adjusting worsening your condition. We’ll detail what you can expect every step of the way before we adjust you for the first time.
